You know you should be making videos. This is the sprint that finally gets you doing it.

You already know video is the answer. So why aren't you making it?

Most coaches and founders know they should be making videos. They know it builds trust, creates connection, and opens doors. But knowing that hasn't been enough to get them started.

  • Don't know where to begin

  • Feel overwhelmed by the process and the tech

  • Doubt themselves without a clear content strategy

  • Doing it alone, with no one to give honest feedback or cheer them on

That's exactly why Video Kickstart exists.

If this is you, you're in the right place:

  • You're thoughtful, values-led, and great at what you do.

  • You've invested in yourself, built real skills, and care deeply about the quality of your work. And yet you're not as visible as you'd like to be.

  • You often work solo. You carry a lot in your head. You know video matters. But every time you think about starting, something gets in the way.

  • Not because you're incapable. But because you've been trying to do this without structure, support, or coaching.

Why video works

We’re not craving more content – we’re craving human connection and curated value.

Short-form video is one of the most powerful ways to build trust with your audience and potential clients.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection.

When your videos are real, clear, and confidently delivered, trust builds naturally. And people choose to work with people they know, like, and trust.

Staying hidden has a cost

When your work isn't visible, the right people don't find you. Conversations don't start. Opportunities pass quietly by.

It's not that your work isn't good enough. It's that it's not discoverable.

That frustration is a signal. You have something worth sharing. You just need a clear path to start sharing it.

Video Kickstart changes that.

Introducing Video Kickstart

Video Kickstart is not a course you watch on your own.

It's a six-week live cohort sprint, capped at fifteen people, where you learn, practise, and grow together in a warm and genuinely supportive group.

Over six weeks you will:

  • Get clear on your message and what you actually want to say on video

  • Build real camera confidence using simple techniques that help you show up with presence, not performance

  • Learn how to use your phone, your framing, and your setup with no expensive kit required

  • Put in private practice reps inside Creator Club before going public on LinkedIn in week three

  • Receive personal feedback from Phil on your videos throughout the sprint

  • Be cheered on by a cohort of people doing the same brave thing alongside you

By the end of six weeks you will have a message you believe in, a structure you can reuse every week, genuine confidence on camera, and a community of people who have got your back long after the sprint ends.

Here's what VK1 and VK2 graduates say.

Johann Entz-von Zerssen

Leadership coach and trainer.

“If you need a proper nudge to start with video, this is it! Video Kickstart is practical and hands-on. You’re creating and posting, not just talking about it. The group support makes a real difference and stops you feeling like you’re figuring it out alone.

If you’re even slightly intrigued, do it. It’s absolutely worth it.”

Kristian Rønne

Visual communicator.

“I can’t recommend Phil enough.

If you’re curious about making video easier and more natural, join the class. It’s simple and easy going, but sharp, clear and action oriented.

Time well spent with a great trainer and a strong group dynamic.”

Eleonora Chessa

Leadership & confidence coach.

“Video Kickstart felt like a breath of fresh air!

Phil creates a space where you feel safe to experiment and be yourself. His invitation to be unique, rather than copy anyone else, made a real difference.

Being part of a group of brilliant souls stepping out of their own way was powerful.”

What happens each week

Six live sessions, building week by week. Each session blends teaching, coaching, and hands-on practice. By week three you'll be posting publicly on LinkedIn with the full support of your cohort!

Week One: Setup, Sorted

You'll learn to create a simple, friction-free phone-first setup. Covers framing, natural light, audio, and basic phone settings. By the end of this week you know how to make yourself look and sound good every time you press record. No expensive gear required.

Week Two: Finding Your Voice

You'll discover what to actually say on camera. This week you start creating practice reps inside Creator Club, sharing short videos with the cohort for feedback and encouragement. Private, safe, and completely judgement-free.

Week Three: Posting in Public

This is where the visibility really kicks in. With the support and encouragement of your cohort and coaching from Phil, you post your first videos publicly on LinkedIn. From this week onwards you post at least two videos per week. Your cohort shows up for you, comments on your posts, and grows alongside you.

Week Four: Range and Embodiment

You'll explore how to bring more colour, depth, range, and presence to your delivery. This week is about expanding on camera so you can hold attention, communicate effectively, and connect with your audience to truly land your message.

Week Five: Your Signature Series

Phil and the cohort work together to clearly outline your first signature five-video series. A set of videos around one central theme that positions you clearly in your audience's mind. You'll also learn simple editing techniques to make your videos more compelling and watchable in short form.

Week Six: Integration and Q&A

This week we bring everything together. You get an opportunity to ask any questions about any aspect of the course. We tie up loose ends and integrate. We also celebrate the completion and set some intentions for moving forwards.

Here's what VK1 and VK2 graduates say.

Boris Prigmore

Behaviour change coach.

"Video Kickstart helped me face what was holding me back and actually start posting videos.

Phil's support and calm guidance made the whole process feel safe and structured. The balance between confidence-building and simplifying the tech was powerful.

Working alongside a group made it even more impactful. I'd highly recommend it."

Monica Browning

Leadership and life coach.

"I was already experienced, but Video Kickstart pushed me past my edge.

By week two I was posting on LinkedIn with more confidence and clarity. Phil creates a space where you feel supported, but you're not allowed to hide behind overthinking.

It's practical, energising and genuinely transformative."

Catriona Horey

Leadership coach.

“I grew real confidence to show up visually online, and to do it consistently!

In just a few weeks I learned how to structure my ideas, simplify the tech and bring more of my personality into my videos without overthinking every detail. What used to feel intimidating started to feel creative and even enjoyable.

The support from Phil and the group made it safe to experiment, stretch and keep going. I left feeling clearer, braver and genuinely excited to continue.”

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be confident on camera already?

Nope!

This is for people who may feel awkward, hesitant, or unsure, but determined! Confidence is built through repetition and structure. You will not be thrown in at the deep end. We build this step by step.

Do I need fancy equipment?

Nothing too fancy.

You only need your phone. A simple tripod, a clip on mic and maybe a light. Nothing expensive.

We focus on clarity, message, and presence. I'll simplify the tech!

Will I have to post videos publicly?

Yes.

This is a visibility sprint. A core part of the process is publishing short-form videos on LinkedIn - this is where you'll grow.

You will practice in the real world as well as in our private community.

If you are not ready to post publicly, this may not be the right time.

This FAQ is important. It filters people in and out - I know that's why you're here though!

What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available to watch back.

However, live attendance is strongly encouraged. The energy, coaching, and momentum are part of the transformation.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for:

  • 90 minutes for the live call

  • 60 to 120 minutes for recording and posting per week

This is a six-week sprint! It works for you because you commit.

Is this for beginners or experienced creators?

Both, but especially beginners and early-stage creators with a message.

If you are already confidently publishing multiple short-form videos per week and just want advanced growth strategy, this may not be for you.

If you feel stuck, inconsistent, or unsure what to say, you are exactly who this is for.

What makes this different from a generic video course?

This is live, cohort-based, and human.

You get:

  • Real-time coaching

  • Structured 'reps' to practice

  • Accountability

  • A small, supportive group

  • Clear frameworks you can reuse forever

You are not left alone with pre-recorded videos and good intentions!

What happens after the six weeks?

You will leave with:

  • A clear message

  • Camera confidence

  • Videos you're proud of

  • Real-world momentum!

Graduates are invited into Creator Club, the ongoing community for accountability and continued visibility practice.

If not now, when?
